4 Top Skin-loving Smoothie Recipes

Golden Glow Pineapple Passion Smoothie 

A blend of rejuvenating herbs and enzyme rich pineapple, this combo will stimulate both the digestive system and skin repair mechanisms. Cucumber and chlorophyll cleanse and hydrate, while lemon, lime, and passionfruit add a tropical twist (for those still desperately clinging on to summer). 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Edibles Beauty’s No.1 Green Goddess Detox Tea chilled
  • ¾ cup of frozen pineapple 
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 1 passionfruit 
  • 1 cucumber 
  • handful of mint 
  • 1 teaspoon of E3 live, or spirulina, for added immunity boost (optional)

Recipe:

  1. Brew tea for 3-5 minutes, then chill
  2. Whiz all ingredients in a blender until combined 
  3. Serve over ice

Ingredients:

  • 250ml of Edible Beauty’s No. 4 Golden Glow Beauty Tea
  • 1 medium frozen banana
  • 1 cup of frozen mango chunks 
  • 1-2 teaspoons of turmeric (depending on taste)
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon 
  • ½ teaspoon of fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • handful of raspberries, raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut flakes, for garnish 

Method: 

  1. Brew your Edible Beauty No. 4 Golden Glow Beauty Tea, then chill 
  2. Set aside your raspberries and coconut flakes, then add all remaining ingredients to the blender
  3. Blend on high until smooth and thick, adjust the consistency as desired by adding more liquid or fruit if needed

Glowing Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of baby spinach 
  • 1 cup of torn romaine leaves

  1. Whiz all ingredients in a blender until combined 
  2. Sweeten, as needed, with honey or stevia 
  3. Serve over ice 

Butterfly Pea Smoothie 

The superstar ingredient in this smoothie is the butterfly pea tea, teeming with antioxidants and skin food nutrients. The addition of avocado, providing fatty acids to nourish and hydrate the skin, as well as kiwis, blueberries, and acai powder, make this recipe a standout skin-glowing, skin-boosting recipe. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 kiwi
  • ½ avocado 
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
