The Law of Attraction is a marvellous thing that can ignite real ideas into existence. It’s a philosophy suggesting that positive thoughts bring positive results into a person’s life, while negative thoughts bring negative outcomes. The universe creates and provides for you that which your thoughts are focused on. 

The mind is so powerful that you can truthfully pull things into your life. Your thoughts create what you see, what you hear, and ultimately, how you live.

The reality is, life is truly what YOU make it. The things you view, surround yourself with, listen to, and educate yourself with all contribute to the type of life that you lead.

Attracting the life you want relies on the habits and intentions you are willing to live with. 

Let’s say you shape your life around no purpose. You have a negative view of the world and decide to not implement daily habits for a positive goal. The reality is, you’d quickly be subject to limiting beliefs, self-doubt and absolutely no growth. Each day would pass you by, and you’d ultimately live a life of regret. 

Now, on the other hand – let’s say you want to create a positive, enriching life that directs you towards a purpose. As a result, you cultivate personal daily habits that help attract positivity and light into your life, leading you directly towards your life goals and success.

The key to attracting the life you want is to practice mindfulness and positivity every single day. Purposely shaping your life around what you want will result in you getting what you want.

How to attract the things you want most into your life?

1. Identify what it is that you want

First and foremost, you need to decide what you are working so hard for. This means recognising what your purpose is. Think about yourself 5 years from now. Are you happy? What is going on in your life that makes you so happy? What career do you have, or what do you look like? Break it all down so that you can clearly create a vision. 

In order to maintain motivation, you have to inspire yourself. To invoke inspiration, it’s important to clearly lay out what it is that you want out of your life.

2. Make a plan

Creating a daily routine is the backbone of attracting the life that you want. Map out your perfect day. To create a vision that you want and how you move throughout life holds so much power. Not only will you know what you’re doing and will keep you on track and productive, but it will also help with pulling positivity into your life. 

Things happen in life. It is undeniable and unavoidable. But to have a basis that you can always fall back to – a ritual – can give you the structure and mindfulness you need.

3. Intentionally being Mindful 

Taking a moment every day to check in with your mind is essential to living the life you want. 

This could be through journaling, meditation, or physically moving your body. Whatever you need to do to take a moment to yourself.

The trick is to remind yourself about your goal for today. Ask yourself what kind of life that you intend on living that day. What motivates you? Inspires you? What could you do today in order to make your life worth living? 

It’s all about shaping each day around positivity and your goals. This will, in turn, bring what you want forth and reward you. 

4. The Power of Affirmations

Affirmations are so powerful when talking about pulling what you want into your life. Affirmation means the power of affirming something. Repeating a notion that it becomes your reality. 

A commonality between all these points is that it’s all about the mind. You can control what your mind believes.

If you can encourage and support your mind by repeating positive, enlightening affirmations, you will receive the energy you are putting out.

5. Gratitude is key

The realisation of the gifts and rewards you have received is so important. Once you implement these strategies, positivity and your goals in life will flood you. That being said, it’s important to take a moment to revel in what has surrounded you. Look around and fully take in how much your life has transformed. 

No win is too big, just as no win is too small. The fact that you got up and made your bed this morning. How about you make yourself and your partner a healthy meal. Congratulate yourself on the ‘wins’ of your day.
