EMFACE Review
I had never undergone injectables or any invasive treatments, so when I learned about EMFACE, I was intrigued to give it a try and see if it lived up to the hype.
The process was incredibly simple upon arriving at DR Michael Zacharia’s clinic. The 20-minute session allowed me to catch up on my busy inbox, but you can relax because the sensation is surprisingly soothing. Requiring no pre or post-preparation, the applicators were applied over my back, forehead and cheeks. After placing the grounding pad, the practitioner wiped my face with an alcohol swab – which made me freak out at first – but my skin reacted surprisingly well (The reason they applied alcohol is to ensure the absence of dirt and oils).
When the machine turned on, I started to experience a gentle warming sensation and subtle muscle contractions that increased over time. The question is, does Emface hurt? I don’t find it painful; it’s definitely a sensation I haven’t experienced before and takes a few minutes to get used to. Once the 20 minutes were done, I was ready to return to my desk, and no one could tell I had done anything to my face.
I visited the DR Michael Zacharia clinic every week during four sessions, and honestly, in the beginning, I didn’t notice much of a difference in my skin (I’m a 30-year-old beauty enthusiast), so my skin might not be the best to see immediate results. However, after the three-month mark, people began commenting on how glowy and healthy my skin looked. Initially, I thought it was attributed to the good ingredients of my skincare, but soon, I realised EMFACE had started to take effect.
I can definitely see an overall improvement in facial appearance with a very subtle lifting effect, and I really like the holistic approach to facial rejuvenation EMFACE offers.
Would I recommend EMFACE? Absolutely. It’s a fantastic treatment if you’re looking for a non-invasive solution for wrinkles and an overall youthful glow. Personally, I believe my mom would have seen even more benefits than I did, but if money were not an issue, I would certainly do it again because, yes, the cost of EMFACE is high and varies by practitioner.
