Let’s wake up with hearty grains and seeds to start your day on the right foot. Oats are such a great grain to include on your daily meals, plus you can add the most delicious toppings to spice it up!
1/4 Gluten-free instant out
1/2 teaspoon Chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon hemp seeds
Combine the oats, chia, hemps seeds and the beauty balance. Add hot water and stir.
1/2 Banana Sliced
1/4 Fresh berries
1 teaspoon almond or peanut butter
2 teaspoon cacao nibs
2 dates chopped
DETOX TERIYAKI SALMON
Salmon is one of the best fishes options for the good amount of omega 3 and good fats, should I say how tasty and versatile this fish could be? Combine these ingredients in a bowl with your fave veggies as zucchini, mushrooms... then marinate and scatter them over a pan. Toss the salmon with the marinate too and and add it to the pan.
